Processing Time
We process all orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). This does not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that expedited shipping methods (e.g., Priority or 2-Day Shipping) apply only to shipping transit time and do not expedite order processing.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS. We do not have control over transit times once your order leaves our facility.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes).
This offer applies to USPS Ground Advantage only and excludes USPS Priority and UPS.
Summer Heat Advisory (May – September)
Your body butter or cream may arrive in a melted or runny state.
If so, simply place it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. The quality and benefits of the ingredients remain intact.
We offer optional ice pack + insulated bag packaging at checkout for added protection during hot weather.
